Shipping policy

All BrandYOU products are made to order. Production and shipping times may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier, and seasonal demand.

Orders of $75 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada and the USA. Orders below this threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, BrandYOU is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
