At BrandYOU, many of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations once an order has been placed.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at BrandYOU.questions@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
