The BrandYOU Ambassador Program is designed to be simple. There are no posting quotas or sales minimums. We want our Ambassadors to genuinely enjoy BrandYOU, wear or use the products they love, share them when it feels natural, and help others discover something that feels like them too.

As an active BrandYOU Ambassador, you'll receive your own personal BrandYOU QR code and discount code. Share it online, on social media, through your business, at events, or simply when someone asks, “Where did you get that?”

When someone shops using your active Ambassador QR code or discount code, their 10% gift is applied to eligible BrandYOU products and services at checkout. Unlike certain one-time BrandYOU promotional offers, your Ambassador gift may be used again and again by eligible customers while your Ambassador code remains active, subject to these Terms.

Qualifying purchases connected to your Ambassador code also earn you 10% BrandYOU Ambassador Credit, which is applied to your activated BrandYOU online account and can be used toward eligible BrandYOU purchases.

We encourage you to tag @brandyou.official when sharing BrandYOU so we can see YOU, celebrate YOU and share the love.

JOINING THE BRANDYOU AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

There are several ways to become part of the BrandYOU Ambassador Program:

Invited by BrandYOU
BrandYOU may directly invite individuals we believe align with our brand, community and Ambassador Program to apply.

Nominated by a BrandYOU Ambassador
An active BrandYOU Ambassador may nominate someone by sharing the official BrandYOU Ambassador Application. If you have been nominated, please include the name of the Ambassador who nominated you when completing the application. A nomination is an invitation to apply and does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.

Apply Directly
You may also apply directly after discovering the BrandYOU Ambassador Program through our website, social media, an event, a BrandYOU customer experience, a friend, or another source.

HOW WE SELECT AMBASSADORS

Every application is reviewed individually.

You do not have to purchase a BrandYOU product to apply. However, we love seeing people who already genuinely connect with BrandYOU. If you own, have purchased, received or have been gifted a BrandYOU product, we encourage you to wear it, use it, share it and tag @brandyou.official so we can get to know YOU and your connection to the brand.

Applicants are also asked to provide their social media profiles as part of the application process. BrandYOU may consider overall brand alignment, authenticity, application information, social presence and other relevant factors when reviewing an application.

Follower count alone does not determine acceptance.

Submitting an application, receiving a nomination, tagging BrandYOU or being invited to apply does not guarantee acceptance. BrandYOU reviews each application individually and retains final approval of participation, subject to applicable law.

If selected, you will receive an invitation to activate your BrandYOU account. Your Ambassador benefits, personal QR code, discount code and eligibility to earn BrandYOU Ambassador Credit begin only after the required activation steps have been completed and your Ambassador status is active.

YOUR AMBASSADOR BENEFITS

Once your BrandYOU Ambassador status is active, you will receive a personal BrandYOU Ambassador QR code and discount code connected to your Ambassador account.

Your 10% Gift
Your active Ambassador QR code and discount code give eligible customers 10% off eligible BrandYOU products and services. Your gift may be shared with customers, friends, family, colleagues, clients and your community and may be used repeatedly while your Ambassador status and code remain active.

There is no limit to the number of eligible customers who may use your Ambassador gift, subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase or promotional restrictions.

Gift cards are excluded. Ambassador discount codes cannot be used toward the purchase of BrandYOU gift cards.

Your BrandYOU Ambassador Credit
When an eligible purchase is properly connected to your active Ambassador QR code or discount code, you earn 10% BrandYOU Ambassador Credit on Eligible Net Sales.

For purposes of the Program, Eligible Net Sales means the amount actually paid for qualifying BrandYOU products and eligible services after applicable discounts, excluding:

taxes;
shipping and delivery charges;
gift card purchases;
returns and refunds;
cancelled orders;
chargebacks;
fraudulent or manipulated transactions; and
any other purchase or charge specifically identified by BrandYOU as ineligible under the Program.

Ambassador Credit is calculated based on Eligible Net Sales normalized to U.S. dollars (USD), regardless of the currency displayed or used by the customer at checkout.

BrandYOU Ambassador Credit is not cash, has no cash redemption value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

YOUR BRANDYOU AMBASSADOR CREDIT

Your BrandYOU Account

BrandYOU Ambassador Credit is issued to your registered BrandYOU online account. You must activate and maintain your BrandYOU account in order to access and redeem your available Ambassador Credit.

Ambassador Credit cannot be transferred to another customer account, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

How Your Credit Is Calculated

Active BrandYOU Ambassadors earn 10% BrandYOU Ambassador Credit on Eligible Net Sales properly attributed to their active Ambassador QR code or discount code.

BrandYOU calculates Ambassador Credit in U.S. dollars (USD). Where an eligible transaction occurs in another currency, the eligible transaction amount will be converted or normalized to USD for purposes of calculating Ambassador Credit.

Ambassador Credit is calculated to the applicable currency precision based on BrandYOU's records and systems.

When Credit Is Added

Ambassador Credit is reviewed and reconciled periodically and is generally issued to the Ambassador's BrandYOU account on a monthly basis. BrandYOU may allow reasonable processing time to account for order completion, cancellations, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review and other transaction adjustments.

Returns, Refunds and Reversed Transactions

Customers purchasing through an Ambassador remain subject to BrandYOU's applicable return and refund policies.

Returned, refunded, cancelled, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible amounts do not earn Ambassador Credit.

If Ambassador Credit has already been issued for a transaction that is later returned, refunded, cancelled, charged back or otherwise determined to be ineligible, BrandYOU may reverse or adjust the corresponding Ambassador Credit.

Using Your Credit

Available Ambassador Credit may be used toward eligible purchases through your activated BrandYOU account, subject to the Program Terms and any applicable checkout, product, service or promotional restrictions.

Ambassadors may also choose to use available Ambassador Credit to purchase BrandYOU products as gifts for other people.

Where an Ambassador wishes to purchase a personalized Ambassador QR product for another person, that person must first be approved by BrandYOU and have their own active Ambassador account and official BrandYOU-issued QR code.

No Cash Value

BrandYOU Ambassador Credit is a Program benefit and is not redeemable for cash. It cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged for cash or transferred between customer accounts.

YOUR PERSONAL AMBASSADOR QR CODE & DISCOUNT CODE

Each active Ambassador receives a personal BrandYOU Ambassador QR code and/or discount code issued and controlled by BrandYOU.

Your code is yours to share. You may share it through social media, email, your business, events, printed materials, personal conversations and other appropriate channels.

Your audience may use your active Ambassador gift repeatedly on eligible purchases while your code remains active. BrandYOU may apply reasonable restrictions to particular products, services, promotions or transactions.

Your personal Ambassador code is not intended for use on your own purchases. Ambassadors may not scan or apply their own Ambassador QR code or discount code to their own checkout, or arrange transactions primarily for the purpose of generating Ambassador Credit for themselves.

Genuine purchases made by other people using your Ambassador code are encouraged and are the purpose of the Program.

Ambassadors may not manipulate transactions, create artificial purchases, abuse returns or refunds, misrepresent purchases or otherwise attempt to generate Ambassador Credit improperly.

Official Ambassador QR codes and discount codes are created, issued and managed by BrandYOU. Ambassadors may not create, alter or issue an official BrandYOU Ambassador QR code or discount code for themselves or another person without BrandYOU's authorization.

NOMINATING SOMEONE

Active BrandYOU Ambassadors are welcome to nominate people they believe would be a great fit for the BrandYOU Ambassador community.

To nominate someone, simply share the official BrandYOU Ambassador Application with them and ask them to include your name when answering:

“How did you hear about the BrandYOU Ambassador Program?”

A nomination is an invitation to apply. It does not guarantee acceptance into the Program and does not automatically create an Ambassador account, QR code, discount code or eligibility to earn Ambassador Credit.

There is no additional Ambassador Credit earned simply for nominating someone.

From time to time, BrandYOU may recognize Ambassador nominations through giveaways, special opportunities, promotions, surprises or other Program benefits. Any such opportunity may be subject to separate eligibility requirements or promotional rules.

If your nominee is approved and becomes an active BrandYOU Ambassador, you may choose to use your available Ambassador Credit to purchase an eligible BrandYOU product for them, including an approved personalized QR product where available.

Only BrandYOU may approve an Ambassador and issue or activate an official Ambassador QR code.

INACTIVE ACCOUNTS & UNUSED AMBASSADOR CREDIT

BrandYOU encourages Ambassadors to use and enjoy their earned BrandYOU Ambassador Credit regularly rather than allowing balances to remain unused for extended periods.

If an Ambassador has had no Ambassador Credit earning or redemption activity for 12 consecutive months, BrandYOU may contact the Ambassador to confirm that they wish to remain active in the Program and to remind them of any available Ambassador Credit.

BrandYOU may make up to three contact attempts during the following six months using the contact information associated with the Ambassador's account.

If the Ambassador remains inactive and does not respond following those contact attempts, BrandYOU may provide a final notice regarding the Ambassador's Program status and available credit. Any suspension, cancellation, expiration or other treatment of Ambassador Credit will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

BrandYOU may periodically update the Ambassador Program and these Terms. Active Ambassadors will be notified of material changes as appropriate and may be asked periodically to confirm their continued participation and acceptance of updated Program Terms.

BrandYOU Ambassadors are encouraged to share BrandYOU in ways that feel natural and authentic to them.

There are no required posting quotas or sales minimums for active Ambassadors. You may share your BrandYOU products, personal Ambassador QR code and discount code through social media, email, your business, events, printed materials, personal conversations and other appropriate channels.

When sharing BrandYOU on social media, we encourage you to tag @brandyou.official so we can see your content, celebrate YOU and help share the love.

Ambassadors must represent their relationship with BrandYOU honestly and comply with applicable advertising, endorsement and social media disclosure requirements. Where disclosure of your Ambassador relationship, rewards or other connection to BrandYOU is required, that disclosure must be clear and appropriate for the platform being used.

Ambassadors may not make false or misleading claims about BrandYOU, its products, services, pricing, offers or the Ambassador Program.

Personal Ambassador codes and QR codes may not be posted to coupon, discount, deal or code-sharing websites or distributed through misleading, deceptive or unauthorized promotional methods.

From time to time, BrandYOU may offer optional campaigns, promotions, events or Ambassador opportunities with their own participation requirements. Participation in these opportunities is optional unless otherwise specifically agreed.

ACTIVE AMBASSADOR STATUS

There is no monthly sales requirement or posting quota to remain an active BrandYOU Ambassador.

To remain in good standing, Ambassadors are expected to:

comply with the current BrandYOU Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions;
maintain accurate contact and account information;
use the Program, Ambassador QR code, discount code and BrandYOU identity appropriately;
avoid fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity; and
respond when BrandYOU reasonably contacts them regarding their account, Program participation or available Ambassador Credit.

BrandYOU may periodically contact Ambassadors to confirm that they wish to continue participating in the Program, verify account information and confirm acceptance of the then-current Program Terms.

BrandYOU may also periodically review accounts that have had no Program activity for an extended period. As described above, BrandYOU intends to make reasonable efforts to contact inactive Ambassadors regarding their status and available Ambassador Credit before taking action regarding an inactive account, subject to applicable law.

An Ambassador may contact BrandYOU at any time if they no longer wish to participate in the Program.

CHANGES TO THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

BrandYOU is continually growing, and the Ambassador Program may evolve with it.

BrandYOU may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue Program features or requirements, including Ambassador benefits, reward rates, customer offers, eligible products or services, credit rules, promotional opportunities, qualification requirements and Program procedures, subject to applicable law.

BrandYOU may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Where a change is material to active Ambassadors, BrandYOU may provide notice using the email address or other contact information associated with the Ambassador's account and may require acceptance of updated Terms before continued participation or access to certain Program benefits.

Changes will not be used to improperly eliminate valid Ambassador Credit that has already been earned and issued, subject to legitimate transaction adjustments, these Terms and applicable law.

BRANDYOU INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Participation in the BrandYOU Ambassador Program does not transfer ownership of any BrandYOU intellectual property to an Ambassador.

BrandYOU's names, logos, trademarks, product designs, original artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, website content, marketing materials, Ambassador materials, QR code assets and other BrandYOU creative or proprietary materials remain the property of BrandYOU or their respective rights holders, as applicable.

Ambassadors may use BrandYOU-provided materials solely for legitimate participation in and promotion of the BrandYOU Ambassador Program and only in the manner authorized by BrandYOU.

Ambassadors may not copy, reproduce, recreate, modify, manufacture, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit BrandYOU designs, artwork, graphics, product concepts, marketing materials or other protected BrandYOU content without prior written authorization from BrandYOU.

Ambassadors may not create or sell products that copy or substantially reproduce BrandYOU's protected designs or artwork, nor may they provide BrandYOU artwork or design files to another manufacturer, printer, print-on-demand provider or third party for unauthorized production.

Ambassadors may not create websites, social media accounts, advertisements, merchandise or other materials that falsely suggest they were created, authorized, sponsored or operated by BrandYOU.

BrandYOU may require an Ambassador to stop using BrandYOU materials or remove unauthorized BrandYOU content where appropriate. Unauthorized use may also result in suspension or termination of participation in the Ambassador Program and may be subject to any other rights or remedies available to BrandYOU.

YOUR CONTENT & BRANDYOU

BrandYOU respects the creativity and identity of its Ambassadors.

BrandYOU does not claim ownership of an Ambassador's original photographs, videos, written content or other original content merely because the Ambassador tags, mentions or features BrandYOU.

Ambassadors remain responsible for ensuring that content they create, submit or authorize BrandYOU to use is their own or that they have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.

From time to time, BrandYOU may wish to feature, repost or use Ambassador-created content. Where additional permission is appropriate, BrandYOU may request permission from the Ambassador before using that content beyond the original platform's ordinary sharing or reposting functionality.

Nothing in these Terms gives an Ambassador ownership of BrandYOU intellectual property, and nothing in these Terms gives BrandYOU ownership of an Ambassador's independent original content merely because they participate in the Program.

SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

BrandYOU may suspend, restrict or end an Ambassador's participation in the Program where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, abuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized use of BrandYOU intellectual property, manipulation of transactions, violation of these Terms or other conduct that materially compromises the integrity of the Program.

Where appropriate, BrandYOU may contact the Ambassador regarding the issue before taking action.

An Ambassador may also contact BrandYOU at any time if they no longer wish to participate in the Program.

Ending or suspending participation may result in deactivation of the Ambassador's personal QR code, discount code and ability to earn additional Ambassador Credit.

Any treatment of legitimately earned Ambassador Credit following suspension or termination will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Credit associated with fraudulent, refunded, cancelled, charged-back or otherwise ineligible transactions may be reversed or adjusted.

INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP

Participation in the BrandYOU Ambassador Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or franchise relationship between BrandYOU and an Ambassador.

Ambassadors participate independently and do not have authority to enter into agreements, make commitments, incur obligations or make representations on behalf of BrandYOU.

Ambassadors may identify themselves as BrandYOU Ambassadors while their participation is active, but may not represent themselves as an employee, owner or authorized representative of BrandYOU unless separately authorized in writing.

NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

Participation in the BrandYOU Ambassador Program does not guarantee sales, Ambassador Credit, income, exposure, opportunities, products, collaborations or any minimum level of Program benefit.

Ambassador Credit depends on qualifying purchases properly attributed to an active Ambassador in accordance with these Terms.

TAXES

Ambassadors are responsible for determining and satisfying any personal tax, reporting or other obligations that may apply to benefits or rewards they receive through the Program.

BrandYOU may request information or make reports where required by applicable law.

PRIVACY

Information collected through the BrandYOU Ambassador Program will be handled in accordance with the BrandYOU Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

Information provided through an Ambassador application may be used to review the application, administer Program participation, communicate with the applicant or Ambassador, maintain Program records and provide Ambassador-related benefits and services.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By applying to and participating in the BrandYOU Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the then-current BrandYOU Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions.

BrandYOU may ask Ambassadors to reconfirm their participation or acceptance of updated Terms periodically, including when material Program changes are introduced.
